If you're on this website searching for an attorney to lead the charge for you into family court, look no further! I was paying Jewish Family Services (great place) $75 an hour for supervised visitations and was at the mercy of a specific Albany Family Court judge and my daughter's mother. One day (after many years of undue stress and court appointed conflict defenders) I decided to bite the bullet and hire an attorney. I might have found Hunt on this website actually. She has a couple of awards for some things and is a dog lover so I decided to use her. She has an excellent staff and is centrally located. As not to make the support staff a side note, her support staff is really excellent. Anyway, the results. After going to both child support court and family court with Ms. Hunt (for about a year and a half), not only do I get to see my daughter more, I now have her for the Majority of the time! What comes with majority physical custody? Child Support! Yes, I'm getting paid child support after paying it for 10 years! Words can't describe how that feels! As for my title to this post (Take it all the way to trial), trial was necessary for the outcome I desired because there was no way Mom is just giving up her daughter. Trial was a real pleasure for me because Hunt is very nice until trial time. Watching her just rip the opposition to shreds and actually fight for my best interests was worth every dime I spent. It was like watching a movie! I couldn't have asked for a better attorney or better results.

I worked with Lauren on my prenuptial agreement and she was extremely helpful with answering my questions, giving advice, and helping me feel comfortable with a document that can sometimes create uncomfortable situations. She's great with timely responses and offers fair pricing. Highly recommended!
