Failed to call me in a reasonable time and person from office lacked phone skills. This office is in need of customer service training with major wake up call " you work with humans"!!

Absolutely top notch law firm and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Unfortunately previously I did go to another law firm that stated that they catered to the military; however after almost 2 years (& a completely paid retainer), I had yet to speak with anyone about my case. That said, I asked a couple of retired military friends and Tully came highly recommended. I set up an initial consultation, and I immediately felt that Tully had my best interest at hand.
