After speaking with a few attorneys to assist with my legal matter. I am so happy/blessed to have found Tully. They where quick to respond and the attorney came prepared and ready with knowledge that showed professionalism and relevant experience in the area I needed. This put me at ease as I didnt have to explain what it was I expected, how I was wronged, and where the errors where. Paid $150 for a Consultation. This takes place via phone, btw. You can drive to their office if you wish. I was an hour away so I did it by phone. They send you an e-mail stating you are paying for an hour of the Attorney`s time. Phone call lasted 10 minutes. Lawyer made my me feel like my case was too challenging for him and said he`d run it by some partners and either call me back, or shoot me an e-mail later that day. Neither happened. Joke. The Receptionist was the best part of my experience with this " firm. " As for the response from them below this......No Thanks, you`ll probably charge me another $150 for that call as well! PS- Today, 8/6/2020, 5-6 months after my original post, I in fact RECEIVED a REFUND Check from Tully Rinckey PLLC for the above " Consultation. " It was the correct thing for them to do, however 5-6 months is a long time. Take it any way you wish. I am merely acknowledging the credit received.
