The person responsible for explaining information information about the contract that was signed by myself, and the agency, seemed very perturbed because I had the good sense to have parts of the agreement explained to me prior to signing. The person then rudely asked do you have any questions? Are we through then am I reply was yes I have a question and we’re not through? I then asked a question, Did you get paid did the amount that was agreed-upon get paid today and the response was yes and I proceeded to explain that now I’m a paying customer and until I see that agreement I’m not through asking my questions. although the process of using an attorney and the processes that take place prior to signing a contract for retainer, anyone who’s paying for any service should know what they’re getting themselves into. I happen to be a person who is an advocate for themselves and will gladly ask as many questions as I feel necessary, especially after I’ve spent the amount of money I spent to retain a retainer. That being said, I’m hoping the rest of the process will proceed smoothly and this is just a symptom of the front desk and not a symptom of how the law firm conduct business.
So far, all of my Experiences have been quite positive with the attorney named Heather, which I’m very grateful of her attentiveness.
However, the front end may want to pay attention to its customer service and may be a little bit more understanding as well as patient, because in my case, I have hearing loss due to my service connected disability, and it would be a shame if others would experience The same As I have because of their disability and sometimes necessity for people to be patient because of hearing loss?

Firm does not listen to the client and then blames the client for their poor communication. Opened a complaint with their client assurance team about the professionalism of their lawyer and their behavior. Their response was to not even reach out to me but instead to send me a closing bill and drop me all together.
Looks like it’s their way or the highway as they don’t care about what the client wants they just want to defend why the client should do as they say and be grateful for their time. Even though their time was never spent on actual client concerns.
Still never even got an answer to my most basic question.
Avoid Carol Crossett at all costs, the most unprofessional and self interested individual I have ever met.

I left a message about problems I’ve been having with my employment. I was emailed and called like they could help me. The Intake person didn’t even listen to what I had to say and I was told I would receive and email referring me to someone who could assist me. This place is not here to help everyone just certain people. They didn’t even attempt to help me
