I was in a major car accident 5 years ago. I was rear ended while stopped by a girl who was speeding and texting. I had significant injuries, and all were not apparent right away. I naively thought I would not need a lawyer since the girl who hit me was fully at fault and was ticketed. In wrongly assumed that my insurance company would take care of everything. Boy was I wrong. Thankfully very early on, during my concision haze, a trusted friend implored me to get a lawyer, which I reluctantly did. Long story short, thank Goodness I did. My case was ultimately assigned to Pam Nichols. She was truly professional, but also very warm and easy to talk to. She fought for me and dealt with this awful insurance company for 5 years. She never gave up, she always advocated for me and always encouraged and supported me with my care and treatment. She believed in me and knew that I was always honest and forthcoming. She was always honest with me and told it like it is which I very much appreciated. There were times when I was tempted to just give up and let them win but she repeatedly encouraged and supported me to continue to move forward to get what I was entitled to. She thought for me to get necessary medical treatment when the insurance company kept trying to deny my claim that were very clearly a result of the accident.She answered every call, every email, every text in a timely manner and always took as much time as I needed to talk to me. I don’t know of any attorneys who are quite like her and go so above and beyond. I am so incredibly grateful to her and the firm: I could not have been happier with the outcome and cannot recommend Pam Nichols enough.

Called to see if any attorneys at the office would be interested in helping me with a case. Speaking with Debbie the receptionist. The minute I told her what I was inquiring about, she immediately became rude and stated “we don’t handle that here” and hung up. It’s ok not to handle cases that your client is willing to pay for. What’s not ok is being in a “professional environment” and becoming rude for no reason whatsoever. The entire conversation lasted 37 seconds.

The attorney working on my case NEVER returns my calls or emails. I understand that there are other clients that are being serviced however it would be quite courteous if there was a simple acknowledgement of the emails or the phone calls.
