I am very grateful for Ben's services. I am unfamiliar with settlement/legal procedures and I was lucky to have Ben to represent me in such new & sensitive circumstances. He was very kind, humble, and gentle in dealing with me, but kept firm in our negotiations. I received a settlement very quickly & we did not have to pursue a trial. The best part was that he even referred a financial advisor to me. Ben seemed very concerned about my well-being both financially and mentally.
