I was pulled over coming out of a music festival in a major NY State Police sting operation--it appeared in several upstate news outlets, including TV. Approximately 20 people were arrested. I was 60 years old and never had a single issue with the law (aside from the occasional speeding ticket) in my entire life. I was facing very serious charges, multiple felonies. All of a sudden my career and freedom were on the line. One of the smartest decisions I've ever made was hiring Kevin O'Brien and his firm (including attorney Adam Eggleston and Firm Administrator/Paralegal Taylor Kaun). They work as a team, with attention to detail and respect for their clients. They know the court system in the Albany area like Tom Brady knows the fourth quarter of the Super Bowl, down by a touchdown with 3 minutes remaining. Kevin and co. inspire confidence with great communication, personal warmth, coordination and perseverance. At no time did I feel talked down to and all of my questions were answered in detail. They are real human beings, the kind of people you want in your own personal life. My case lasted over a year and a half, but Kevin never lost sight of the ultimate goal. Almost all of the charges were dropped and I received a misdemeanor, the absolute best possible outcome for me.
