Justin and his firm make transactions happen for his clients. He is dedicated to using the latest in technology combined with old-fashioned customer service. He is always available and very responsive whether you just need your legal rights explained or if you need to discuss more complicated legal issues. He helped overcome last minute obstacles that were going to delay closing on the property. He was always looking ahead during the process and making sure that we addressed things before they became a problem. At the closing he went through all of the closing statements and documents in detail to make sure that there was no question unanswered. They don't come any better! I highly recommend Justin.

Justin has represented me in the selling of my house as well as the purchase of my new construction. The most important thing to me throughout a foreign process is communication and I want my representation to be knowledgeable in the areas that I am weak. Justin has surpassed this every step of the way. For example, I was unaware that certain line items on a closing and buying processs can be negotiated. Without this knowledge I would never even think to ask to have a fee waived or a number negotiated down. Justin was able to put dollars in my pocket by being proactive in this regard. Very impressed with that as I haven't had a lawyer in the past be that proactive. In addition, the communication lines are always open with Justin. I never had to email twice to get an answer. Each person has their own experience based on what is important to them and my two biggest concerns were alleviated and with that I will continually use and refer Justin for my counsel matters.

We used Justin for our estate plan and the experience was phenomenal. He patiently explained the entire process and clarified our options based on our goals, some of which we had known, and others that we didn’t realize were available to us. He worked with our financial advisor and accountant to make sure we were fully covered. We thought the flat fee pricing was so much better than other attorneys. There were no hidden costs or bills for emails or phone calls, everything was transparent. We highly recommend.
