The Team at E. Stewart Jones Hacker Murphy LLP is amazing!!! They were the forth law firm we contacted and they settled the case. They are fimillar with the Insurance Companies Policies and accepted my case. An attorney from the firm drove to my location because I can't drive, sat down with me and explaned the process and what the firm will do for me. WOW! What was this case about? Me, on a bicycle versus an automobile. I was t-boned on the right side, lost control, dumped my bicycle, tumbled down the road while unconscious. I was hesitant to accept the ambulance ride to the hospital, because I lack health insurance. The health care Bills arrived, we sent them to the drivers insurance company. Then the collection agencies were calling and sending in the health care Bills?? Being responsible, we paid the Bills and the repair of the bicycle. So much for no-fault insurance. I was begining to believe the insurance company was taking advantage of me because: I'm uninsurable due to medial history, or because I have epilepsy and ride a bicycle to work. Lots of fustration. The Team at E.Stewart Jones Hacker Murphy LLP gathered all the medial records, expenses, and began the process of filing a claim. We had on-line depositions, The Insurance Company had thier Investigators review the accident. And then, we received a call. Eye witnesses provided depositions confirming what happened. The Insurance Company settled out of court. We can't thank the Team (E.Stewart Jones Hacker Murphy LLP) enough for all they did, accomplished, and providing closure. We especially thank the Attorney, Litigation Paralegal, Legal Assistant, everyone that worked on this case. You are the best!
