Mr. Boneventre treated me with respect from the start. He explained things to me clearly, and made me feel comfortable that he was there for me. During the whole process, he kept me informed on what was happening, and what I needed to do. Dealing with any legal issues is a hard thing, but I think Mr. Boneventre really made me feel comfortable through the process. In the end, I am satisfied with the outcome. I keep his information on hand.

Hands down the best attorney in the capital district!! I hired Martin to represent me for a charge I received in the town of Colonie. A court that is notoriously known to be very difficult to deal with. Left in the hands of an inexperienced lawyer, or even worse, a public defender, jail time or in best case several years of probation would surely have been the outcome. Martin surpassed my expectations in every way that one can. From the very start, he got right back to me, was there every step of the way, and even when it was over and concluded his communication was extremely on point. He didn't blow smoke, try to sell me a dream or drag things out to get more money out of me, the way most attorneys do. Quite the opposite actually!! He was straight up blunt and honest with me. Not only did Mr. Bonventre address my concerns in a courteous and timely manner - he was able to work out a plea to a single, non-moving violation - with a minimum fine - before I arrived at my arraignment.
