Matt Toporowski, from the Wagoner Firm, was the light at the end of a very long tunnel for my husband and I. We hired a large retail construction store to build a large and expensive deck. The problems started at the very beginning with this company and the construction company they outsourced the project to. For over a year, we received no answers, continually got the run around and ended up with a deck that was not up to code, not what we asked for and would not pass inspection. This company was unwilling to make any concessions to live up to their contract. Not only did Matt negotiate a full refund for the deck, he also accomplished getting us extra money just in case it cost us more to have have our brought up to code deck and safe. He is truly phenomenal. Matt and the Wagoner firm were responsive, always available for any questions and kept us up to date on all the steps and progress as it happened. From my first conversation with Matthew I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and knowledge about my DWI case.
