A friend of mine had run into some really bad luck. While on his road trip to Albany, he was pulled over for speeding over 20 miles, in a work zone. FYI all fines for tickets in work zones are DOUBLED. If that wasn't enough bad fortune - the police officer also cited him for an Aggravated Unlicensed Operator ticket - mistakenly identifying him as someone else who had a suspended license. The Aggravated Unlicensed Operator is actually a criminal charge, and if not handled properly, even though my friend was innocent, he could have had his driving privileges revoked.
