My wife and I used Dave to draw up our Health Care Proxy/Living Will and Power of Attorney. He gave us more than enough time, made us feel welcome, and answered all of our many questions thoroughly and with patience. We left his office with a full understanding of the transaction. I cannot say enough good things about him. We will definitely continue to use Dave.

David was very patient and made planning our estate easy to understand - could be called estate planning for dummies! I feel Dave led us through the process with thoroughness and asked all the right questions and made helpful suggestions.

We have hired David Kubikian to arrange a family trust for us. We hired David for several reasons. He has an undergraduate background in finance, he has a law degree and, as he would tell you, he's a teacher at heart. David is very patient with clients who are not familiar with estate planning. He listened carefully to our wishes and carefully made us aware of the best legal choices to achieve our goals. It seems to us that David will do whatever it takes to make sure his clients are fully informed before making their estate planning decisions. We are very happy with his work.

David Kubikian met with my parents and I several times to discuss estate planning. David was very precise, clear and patient with us as we asked questions. Estate planing, wills, etc can be overwhelming or frightening topics to think about and many people procrastinate in these matters. However, David explained everything to us and we know we are in good hands. We ended up with the documents that we needed and his firm is a great group for resources and information.

We were referred to David to do a will/trust/POA from someone with whom my father does business. My father had been reluctant, but decided to meet with David. David is very knowledgeable and extremely patient. My father can be difficult but David took his time and answered all of my father's questions. Some of the questions were asked several times. He made sure my father understood every aspect. David was always professional and courteous. In the end my father and I were very satisfied.

Dave has been a great asset for a separation and Trust/Will/PoA services. He has always been attentive and took the time to explain the processes in ways that I could understand. The manner in which he conducted himself would be professional but would also make you feel comfortable given the topics of discussion were sometimes difficult in nature. I will continue to utilize Dave as a resource in the future.

David was so helpful during our home buying experience. As first time homeowners we knew very little and constantly had all types of questions! I often felt bad constantly emailing him questions, however he constantly reassured me that it was completely normal and he was happy to answer any questions we had at any time! He was very knowledgable and timely with his replies and getting back to me! I would definitely recommend David for anyone seeking legal representation!
