Wish I could give 0 stars for this place, esp. Joanne Monagan. She doesn't fight for you or your child. She wants to "play fair" which is outrageous if you're fighting for the wellbeing of a child. I wouldnt recommend! Just another lawyer for you're money..

Ms. Monagan reversed a tragic decision by Albany Family court to rescind a 50-50 custody. She was methodical, smart and took the matter through to a reversal of OCFS finding to then broker an agreement in Family Court to return to 50-50. All in a matter of about 8 months. Meanwhile, two other lawyers from Tully Rinkey had previously dropped the ball. Ms. Monagan is a complete professional.
