I hired Ms Raszeja in November of 2009 to represent me in a property dispute as a result of a divorce. She managed to go through the retainer in short course, setting up court hearings, against my wishes, that never lead to any meaningful discussion yet along resolution. In June of 2010 we went to court on the initial matter, Ms Raszeja was so unprepared that she did not even know that I was the plaintiff, which needed to present their case first. She took a recess to try and put together our argument in which we had discussed at length previously where I provided all of the facts of the case and pages of questions to pursue. Over 2 days of trial, Ms Raszeja was not able to clearly present many of the facts of the case which left the judge to rule with poorly presented facts of the case and many incorrect details. I was willing to accept the judges ruling on the facts, but the facts were so poorly presented, I had no choice but to dismiss her following the judges decision and then seek other avenues of recourse. I would not recommend Ms Raszeja for any legal work, she is too distracted by multi tasking and has no ability to prepare and present a concise case or summarize detailed discussions. I have a copy of the court transcripts that clearly support my statements. It is now June of 2020, I am still dealing with her inefficiencies and inability to resolve legal matters even concerning her invoicing.
