I was very impressed with my initial visit to this law office, especially with Rachel Prout - the Intake Paralegal who met with us. Firstly, the office is in a good location with street parking, 2ndly their office is clean, sleek,tidy, very functional with lots of seating space. Finally, Ms Prout was very courteous , professional, polite and knowledgeable, she was very thorough with her questions and she made sure to let me know why such info is needed, she also reiterated the step by step process of filing a claim and the need for pics and papers to be submitted , she made me feel secure that my case is in the right hands, she made sure that we understand what their office will do to help us and always asked if we had anymore questions. Also, she gave us her contact info so we can easily call her & to avoid onlinr confusion, in case we needed anything. I highly recommend this law office,.

Extremely disappointed and strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND. Poor customer service. Multiple phonecalls left not returned. Emails not answered. Had to pretend a new customer - received a phone call in 15 minutes. When I explained the nature of my problem: "The law firm received the settlement money for my mother's case, yet the communication stopped right after the statement was received. NO MONEY was disbursed, no phonecalls returned, no emails answered." I was promised to receive a call. NO CALL. Not trustworthy. DO NOT work with this law firm PS. Here is another mistake in your answer: I presented a full power of attorney. I am the one you addressed from the very first to the very last conversation about this case. You never spoke to my mother during this process. I have the full right to review your work. And I did.
