Don’t retain this law firm- they will run a credit check through Medicare and Medicaid and delay giving you your settlement by several months. They did not advise me of this before I had signed the retainer, then they take 33% as if they were the ones involved in the accident leaving you with way less.

I remember like it was yesterday. Coming from Aldi on Gun Hill Road on my way home when suddenly I was rear ended. I was scared, and after thanking God I was alive, it was time to begin the process. I waited a week still in shock, and went to an adult spine clinic after experiencing increased pain in my neck and back. He referred me to a chiropractor I saw that same day.
