Tricia has helped me navigate my divorce with patience and understanding and when needed, tough truths. Let’s be honest, even the easiest of divorces can turn ugly quick and it’s hard to remember that no one is going to walk away completely thrilled with their experience since it’s not a pleasant thing to go through. Having an attorney who appropriately fights for you is key especially when up against so many uncontrollable factors in the NYS court system. Tricia has made sure the most important things to me were handled with the utmost care and helped me let go of petty requests. She is professional without being overly and unnecessarily aggressive unless needed. She has helped me navigate this process and mitigate the amount of time and money spent while doing so. She seemed so professional and focused when I had my consultation with her regarding my divorce. However, she didn't follow through on anything she promised. She didn't even meet the minimum. She was late to court, didn't even show up once and left me with an attorney I'd never met who knew nothing about my divorce. Definitely the wrong choice for divorce, potentially other practice areas. No one ever asks me who my divorce lawyer was; they always ask me for my ex-husband's. The legal clerks at the court were actually more helpful to my case than my own lawyer.
