I closed on a home on 4/10/2020. It would not have been possible without George's legal expertise and industry knowledge. He clearly articulated to me the Pros and Cons of VA, FHA, and Conventional loans and what the legal process looks like for each. During legal consultations throughout the process it was clear George had my best interest in mind and never pushed me to expand the scope of the services to increase fees. He also never pushed his legal advice or option on me or forced me to make a decision that he wanted. He always outlined the potential risks for each alternative decision and left it up to me to make the decision. In addition, during negotiations with the bank and Seller's attorney he was able to not only get me what I asked for, but also successfully obtained for me other credits that I did not even think about considering.
