Went to Sacco and Felis for a car accident and they suggested I go with Pyrros, Serres & Rupwani, LLP 2 stories down. Spent little less than a hour to explain my claim and took me in for workers compensation.I received my weekly checks and was backed up by my lawyer from them every court date via phone. Did my physical therapy for a year and wanted to settle my claim. It was successfully settled and got a fair amount. Can’t really point out any kind of mess up or something that I did not like.

I Was in a car accident over 5yrs ago the case still hasnt settle,during that time it was Lawyers and paralegals that Left the firm nobody told me.Plus It's poor professionalism,your assign Lawyer will not contact you unless you contact them.This whole experience been a nightmare ,i wouldn't recommend this firm to nobody!!

I had an appointment yesterday, which was Thursday, the 9th of May 2024. Once i arrived the lady at the front desk came rite out and ask me "what was the date of your injury". I found this to be weird but couldn't put my finger on it. Next, I was called inside by a different female who NEVER TOLD ME HER NAME, but asked all types of questions regarding my work related injury! She even made copies of medical records that I gave her. Just to back up a little, the guy who scheduled the appointment over the phone tried to swindle me into adding additional details to my claim. For example, he told me to say that "my leg hurt", in which I never stated in my initial claim. Basically, this law firm is not interested in helping injured workers, they're actually trying to SABOTAGE your case so that your benefits comes to a halt! This is why I never met with the guy who scheduled the appointment, the same guy who told me to say my "leg hurts because my lower back hurts"! I told him, "its only my back", but he insisted that I state "my leg hurts as well"! After the female called me inside and looked over my medical records, I then stated to her "you never introduced yourself or gave me your name, even though we been talking for about an hour now"! She then got up and came back with her supervisor, who also didn't give a name, but specifically revisted the injury I was experiencing. She kept mentioning the "leg thing", attempting to cause an inconsistency in my case. I specifically told her supervisor "its just my lower back". Her supervisor then stated, "We can't take your case until you get the results from your appointment with the insurance company from workers compensation". Wow, very fraudulent. I stated to her, "with all the medical records I provided, along with going into details regarding my work related injury, the only concern you have when it comes to representing me is the opinion of the fraudulent appointment I had with the insurance company that works for the Workers Compensation Board"? Unbelievable. It's clear to see what they're intentions were! They're located on the 5th floor, don't go there!
