Unfortunately, I found myself in a position where I had to sue my employer. After months of trying to settle things on my own and getting pushed around by their big name law firm I decided to hire Jesse Rose I was a little nervous about this at first. In the past whenever I needed a lawyer for something I found that the free consultation they offer is usually a 3 minute phone conversation where the rush through the facts of the case. With Jesse things were different, I met him in his office after a phone conversation. He is very bright and intelligent, never spoke above my head and took time to explain everything to me and lay out the strategy we would use.His confidence in himself and my case convinced me to hire him. He was always in constant touch with me and usually responded to my emails right away. Amazingly within 3 weeks of hiring him a settlement agreement was being hammered out. After 6 months of trying to do it myself and getting nowhere. Hopefully I will never need an employment Attorney again, but if I do i would not hesitate calling on Jesse. I first heard of Atorney Jesse Rose last year in the summer when I was fired unfairly and my best friend recommended his service . I was walking in such a complicated world having to sue someone and having to deal with such a situation but the moment I made the call to request an appointment in Mr Rose's office in NYC , things became better. I said my story with or without the right information but I felt really like telling my frustration to one of my best friends because that's how Mr Rose made me feel which was great. Upon my unfortunate event he decided to take my case and help me win not just the court case but my pride back too . Since day one I was at all times constantly updated and informed by Mr Rose and his lovely secretary with steps that are ready to take and decisions to make until after about 3-4 months of "fights" with the other party he won , nicely done too .. And to be fair I don't know how he made it all seamlessly because at the end that's how it was ! I can't thank Mr Rose enough because he brought justice to me in times where I felt less than an underdog or too small to fight against the giant my former employer was.. Having been unjustly fired at the worst possible moment, weeks away from closing on my first home, Jesse was comforting as well as swift to act. He enabled us to complete our first home purchase and negotiated a very fair settlement. When other lawyers that were consulted said my case wasn't worth the effort Jesse stepped up and helped in a time of need. Most people would have said maybe i didnt have a case. It seems that on the phone most attorneys i contacted rushed me into making decisions or gave me attitude because i didnt understand litigation terminology. I would say Jesse Rose was a little pushy. At the office I left feeling not empowered but rather still confused and felt as if he was a little smug with me; not being rude but rather coming off as the smart kid in class who sped through knowledge as if your supposed to pick it up as fast as him. I had many questions but felt rushed like he didnt have the time for me , so i didnt ask questions. I remember saying that i did not have the money to go to court and was trying to avoid that option and he clearly expressed his dis concern saying as a lawyer when he has a client that states they may not be able to pay it makes him not want to take the case. Overall he was rather polite and he did get on the case. He fought for me and he took a case that most probably would say did not exist but i believed in my heart that the problem was relevant and i had been done wrong. Would I hire Jesse Rose again ....absolutely because he was honest and candid with me about my situation. He contacted me several times and i didnt really have to put forth much work. He did the work after sitting down and drawing up a complaint.

Mr. Rose was very professional and responsive. He answered all questions that I had, kept me very well informed of all possibilities of my case, and ultimately got a better result than I had anticipated. I was very impressed with this experience. I would highly recommend.

I had worked at a restaurant chain and I was given a contract when hired. The company never honored the contract after 2 years of working at the place, they were refusing to honor the contract. That's when I contacted Mr. Rose, he invited me to come to his office, when I arrived he was with another client and his assistant told me to have a seat. Just a few minutes later I was welcomed into his office where we began to discuss my case. Mr. Rose assured me that he would try to do what ever he could in order to help me, he was very polite and respectful. I was fairly distrustful of lawyers until I hired Jesse. I mean, lawyer-speak is insane. Trying to negotiate a contract if you don't speak it fluently is an exercise in futility. So naturally, non-lawyers are a little leery of anyone who does. But Jesse put me at ease instantly. His down-to-earth, personable style was a welcome surprise, and his tell-it-like-it-is honesty was a much-needed respite in the at-times overwhelming process of dealing with an organization that was desperately trying to screw me over. He gave me excellent advice about a difficult situation, and negotiated the best possible contract for me. Even better, he didn't over-charge me, even though he could have and gotten away with it. And on top of all that, he's got a good sense of humor. I couldn't be happier with my decision to hire him, and would hire him again in a heartbeat if the need ever arises. If you're looking for an honest lawyer, this is your guy. Now all I need to do is find an honest mechanic and my life will be hunky-dory. I'm not gonna hold my breath on that one, though. ;)
