Anthony was our lawyer that assisted us in the sell of our coop and the purchase of our townhouse. It was a very complexed deal. Anthony was amazing. He answered my 100 emails and also cc me on all the communications btw way to many lawyers. In the end.... The other lawyers refused to come to the closing due to the virus. Anthony ended up doing all their work without pay in order for me not to become homeless! He literally walked the checks to the various banks and deposited them! That's never heard of. His fee is a flat rate depending on the project and there were no hidden fees. Next, he will be handling my will and trusts! Thank you Anthony!

Anthony did a great job with the closing on our co-op.. His assistant Arlen kept us up to date throughout the process and dealt with some tricky lien issues that hadn't been cleared up during our original purchase. Highly recommended!

Trustworthy!!! Anthony is very professional and attentive, with the help of Arlen they get back to you on any issues on time. They are an amazing team and made the selling process a breeze. We were first time sellers and Anthony helped us digest the legal jargon into everyday language. He is very detailed oriented and we felt very comfortable through the whole process.
