Chris was the attorney for the sale of my house. His assistance with all parties involved helped ease this sale within 90 days. i still can't believe it. His knowledge of the real estate process and banking loan process really helped get this to the finish line. Thank you so much Chris.

BEST REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY. I’ve worked with multiple attorneys, but no one like Chris. He is due diligent, the most responsive person I know (literally he will answer calls/ txt and emails almost immediately) his staff is always on point.

Expeditiously addressed ALL questions/ concerns

Very unprofessional attorney Maria said she would give me a call back at the end of the day she never called back to let me know as a courtesy she won’t take my case because she’s friends with my previous attorney since he was in law school, her decision was based on a phone call she made to my attorney yesterday it wasn’t a fair decision. I met with her in the beginning couple months ago she said wait till the deposition is over if I want to change attorneys I can she will take my case. When I visited her the first time she called my attorney to let him know to take my case serious I was seeking other attorneys. I expressed to her the first day my previous attorney doesn’t prep me for any hearings or depositions they only ask me 1 question I have been doing all the work gathering documents for my previous attorney the last 2 years or more he wasn’t taking my case serious my attorney doesn’t reach out at all I been always following up with my case. I wasn’t counting on Maria to take my case I had another Lawfirm in mind I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt to see if she would keep her word from the beginning her integrity is unworthy. My previous attorney and insurance carrier failed to correspond with each other to make sure everyone was on the same page due to diligence my body parts was precluded from my case.

Andrew Latos and his team took great care of me. Here’s just a few things: 1. Constant communication: They answered every phone call, texts and emails. I never once had to follow up with them and they always kept me in the loop. I valued this the most. I was anxious/ scared but Andrew made sure I understood and walked me through the whole process. 2. I had so many issues trying to get appointments, but his team made sure I saw my doctors and got the PT care that I needed. I had random bills that was sent to me but instead of me being the middle person trying to resolve this, Kelly took point and did that for me. Shout out to Kelly! 3. He’s a lawyer that’s cares. He called after my surgery. He called to checkup/ hear my thoughts after mediations and negotiations. He always had my best interest in mind. In the end, he made sure that I was compensated for my physical injuries. I am beyond grateful to have had Andrew representing me. Highly recommend him and his firm.
