Pardalis & Nohavicka is a solid law firm with two great lawyers who've offered me practical and helpful advice on some pretty important matters. I know others who have used their services as well, and their reputation can't be beat.

I first used Pardalis & Nohavicka in 2011 for civil matter...the attention, care and professionalism I received from Taso Pardalis throughout the entire process was impressive. The costs, expectations, and process were communicated proactively and clearly which minimized anxieties associated with unknowns. Additionally, the outcome of of that initial case worked out in our favor. I have trusted them with all of my businesses legal needs since. They have advised and handled matters related to capital raising/private equity, intellectual property, as well as more basic things including incorporation, and contract review and preparation.
