I had the pleasure of working with Anthony Papadopoulos on a recent Coop sale in Windsor Park, Bayside. We both represented the seller. Anthony is an excellent attorney who specializes in closings for coops. As a real estate agent with years of experience, I know Coop closings can be tricky, but everything went smoothly, and actual closing was done in a half hour. Anthony is professional, punctual, very thorough with excellent communication. He makes the process easy.
Highly recommend him and his firm and looking forward to working together again.
