Anthony Papadopoulos has represented me on numerous legal transactions and I can't say enough great things about him! He was my attorney during my recent purchases of 2 different properties (primary residence and investment property) and both transactions were seamless. Mr. Papadopoulos was there for me every step of the way and made the entire process very easy to understand. Both closings were a breeze for me and my wife as Mr. Papadopoulos not only met with us prior to both closings to go over closing costs, fees, transfers, etc. and took the time to answer ALL our questions, but we had many telephone conversations during the process to keep us in the loop. He even steered us clear of a potential hazard when were ready to close on a house and he discovered many open permits from the 1980s from the previous homeowner when reviewing the title report and we luckily walked away from the deal thanks to Anthony's insight. He is also very, very flexible with his office hours and works around your schedule to accommodate you. Mr. Papadopoulos also assisted me with a Personal Injury case when I was struck by a vehicle a few years back. The accident occurred on a late Friday night yet he answered his phone when I reached out to him from the Emergency Room of Elmhurst Hospital and guided me from that moment and throughout my rehabilitation process. He fought hard for my settlement and at the end, I was compensated with a fair amount of $$$ from the insurance company for my troubles and for Mr. Papadopoulos' hard work! Finally, there was an occasion where Mr. Papadopoulos went above and beyond when I was in need of quick legal representation regarding a food vending permit with the NYC Parks Dept. I was in danger of losing my permit (which took such a long time to obtain) with NYC due to a technicality in my contract with NYC but due to Anthony's quick action of reviewing my contract, drafting and sending a letter to the Parks Dept all within 24 hours of receiving notice from NYC, I was able to keep my permit and NYC rescinding its contract termination notice to me all because of Mr. Papadopoulos' quick involvement! If you ever need legal representation for any matter, I highly recommend Anthony Papadopoulos and his fine team!
