we approached mr testa with some concerns and was told we would be gotten back too, and even with several reminder calls and we were never actually responded too, it was a very clear case of not wanting to do his job given that he said initially yes he would help us, then changed his mind when i actually wanted timely service. Edit: testa says he he doesnt handle those cases but i didnt even mention who i was or what the case was but denys that he does those cases, sure ok bud. Obviously your lieing at that point so you dont seem bad on google. If not ill expect a call if you really know and wana help like you said.
