I sat down with Lindsay for over an hour for my consultation, he meticulously explained the possible outcomes, the cost to defend my position, approximately the amount of court dates it would require. Awesome person. I was given two separate court dates but I'm from another state. Jim Clark and his team have my highest praise, for all aspects of how they handled my case. I was heading for foreclosure, and then actually in foreclosure. Mr Clark calmly and clearly told me all my options. He was very patient and gave me a lot of time before I even decided which way to proceed. Ellin was always very helpful, as was Adam, even when he was very new and very nervous, offering to accompany me to Court. As it turned out, I had to have Mr Clark and his team organize a short sale for my house. Everyone exceeded my expectations in dealing with real estate agents and negotiating with the bank. The most amazing thing about the experience was the sense of security and confidence that Mr Clark provided. He had me sit next to him at the closing and I knew that he would make sure everything was taken care of properly and with my best interests in mind.
