Chris Lemire and his staffs attention to detail and professional conduct through out our Workmens Comp case was second to none I would challenge anyone to find a better lawyer, lawyer firm, to represent you, based on what we experienced. Thank you Mr. Lemier and staff, we made the right choice.

Tim Higgins is hands down the best attorney in the capital district. From the beginning of my personal injury case until the end, Tim has been the most caring and helpful lawyer to settle my case. He has fought hard for me and I am honored to have had him as my attorney. Lemire & Higgins is an outstanding firm and they put their clients as first. If I ever need any legal assistance in the near future, or any family or friends do, this will be the absolute first law firm I will tell them to reach out to. Professional, caring, and trustworthy are what describe Lemire and Higgins.

We found Lemire & Higgins, LLC to be very helpful with our settlement case. Mr. Higgins kept my husband and myself well Informed throughout our process. We have worked with other lawyers, and found them to be condescending, not the case with this law firm. During our 6 year process, Mr. Higgins ALWAYS returned our calls or emails in a timely manner and explained everything to us. I would highly reccomend this law firm.
Thank you,
Michele & Kevin Stimpson

Had workers comp case. Was given a Lawyer to work with, who gave me a binder to sign, when asked what percentage they would receive, , was told 5%-7%. (was not stated anywhere on Binder) when went to court to settle case, they were asking for over 20%. when asked to provide a copy of the Binder with the % on it, that i signed, they gave a 2 page binder, showing 20%. ( the binder I signed, was 1 page. the second page showed how much they were going to charge) they gave a list of time spent on my case, to the Comp Board, to show they earned it. the list showed 15 hrs, 7 of which were for calls from them to me, or me to them, asking about notices i received. out of 7 hrs, 5 were for messages i left on their answering machine. ( if i called and left a 30 second message on their machine, they charged 6 minutes, for my cal, 6 minutes for their machine to play, 6 minutes for whomever to listen to it, total 18 minutes for a 30 second call) then they would call back, with a 1 minute response, total 24 minutes for 90 seconds of contact. they would call to remind me of hearings, again 30 seconds, would charge 6 minutes. at the hearing, i fought the amount they wanted, with time list in my hand, they were only given 12&1/2%.
I petitioned the Board to drop them from my future cases, and because they were present at a hearing, when i was asked about another case, ( from over 20 Yrs ago) they wanted $5,000 of what ever i may get in the future. This time they are asking for the money using the same time list as they were paid for at the settlement)- the board tabled that request. so i will find out how much they will get if i ever get a schedule of lost time payout.
Be careful of any paperwork you sign with them. get exact copies of ALL . and KEEP THEM for proof!
I did receive a settlement so--
I WAS BEING GENEROUS, GIVING THEM 1 STAR, BUT COULD'NT POST THIS REVIEW WITHOUT AT LEAST A SINGLE STAR.
