Great communication, he looked out for my interest and the case was resolved highly recommend!!

Absolutely terrible legal representation! I was assigned Brian for an attorney for my current Custody/visitation case which is unfortunately a very complex case. I spoke with Brian twice during a two month time frame. I called repeatedly, left countless text messages with NO response! I had a particular situation arise where I needed legal advice in a timely fashion and once again left a voicemail message and text message in reference to the deliema with once again no contact. Communication and professionalism is imperative for an attorney however, This is just not the case here. Very disappointed overall and would not recommend legal representation by this attorney period! If zero stars were an option for a rating, this would be most appropriate!

Extremely inappropriate attorney. Not only did he fail to notify my fiancé about the proper procedures to pursue after she retained him for her case (which ended up costing an extra 2000 dollars if he actually did his job), he also proceeded to contact her inappropriately while knowing she was in a relationship. He should be disbarred.

Brian went above and beyond for me. He's a wonderful Attorney

I want to give him less than one star but can’t.. Overall unprofessional and I, basically to sum up everything had to represent myself I could’ve been going away for a long time if I hadn’t had someone else take over to represent me.

We r currently in a custody battle and he is the respondents attorney and is encouraging his client to not follow the court order. On top of that he is disrespectful to women who he is not representing. And will lie straight to a judge.

I retained him and in a 10 month span of time, he did nothing on the matter I retained him for.

He seemed very knowledgeable after the first consult... After that, he was extremely hard to get a hold of. Did not return my phone calls. I had to make an appointment to get him to call me, then he was a half hour late with the call.

Do NOT waste your time and money retaining Brian. He does not return phone calls, emails or texts. He gave erroneous legal advice. He was a no-show to several virtual appointments that had been confirmed with his secretary an hour before. It has yet to be seen what the full ramifications of his inaction will be. My new lawyer produced more in one day than Brian did in 7 months. When I finally got the retainer back it was less $500 which was contractually legal but certainly not ethical.
