I was assigned Brian for an attorney for my current Custody/visitation case which is unfortunately a very complex case. I spoke with Brian twice during a two month time frame. I called repeatedly, left countless text messages with NO response! I had a particular situation arise where I needed legal advice in a timely fashion and once again left a voicemail message and text message in reference to the deliema with once again no contact. Communication and professionalism is imperative for an attorney however, This is just not the case here. Very disappointed overall and would not recommend legal representation by this attorney period!

We r currently in a custody battle and he is the respondents attorney and is encouraging his client to not follow the court order. On top of that he is disrespectful to women who he is not representing. And will lie straight to a judge.

He seemed very knowledgeable after the first consult... After that, he was extremely hard to get a hold of. Did not return my phone calls. I had to make an appointment to get him to call me, then he was a half hour late with the call.

Do NOT waste your time and money retaining Brian. He does not return phone calls, emails or texts. He gave erroneous legal advice. He was a no-show to several virtual appointments that had been confirmed with his secretary an hour before. It has yet to be seen what the full ramifications of his inaction will be. My new lawyer produced more in one day than Brian did in 7 months. When I finally got the retainer back it was less $500 which was contractually legal but certainly not ethical.

Brian helped answer some very complex questions regarding Foster Care and how to handle the court process of it. He was kind, understanding and non-judgmental.

I have used Brian for 3 different matters, all in which he handled in an excellent manner! Not only is Brian an excellent attorney, but his assistant is always kind, helpful, and prompt! I highly recommend Brian Degnan for all of your legal needs!

Brian was on top of our needs, responsive to calls and questions and gave factual answers. He advocated for our needs. He is very personable. We utilized him for closing on a house.

Mr. Degnan was very professional and gave me answers that I needed to hear and was not out to Sugar coat or charge me for no work. I got my money's worth to be honest and couldn't have been happier. Others told me certain things and I was told straight and up front the expectations and what should happen. I wasn't pushed aside and whenever I called the office or emailed I was given great service and not the run around like with other Attorneys. I got excellent results and quicker then projected. I really felt like I was number one and I know there were many clients. I liked the fact that everything was explained to me as the mounds of paperwork can get confusing. Having a up front no BS answer is needed and a guy that will fight for you and not a paycheck is great to know. I can't give enough credit to Brian Degnan and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone needing his services.

Brian is professional, efficient, and gets the job done. I highly recommend him.

I have had my share of speeding tickets and Brian has always come thru getting them reduced to a single parking ticket. Sometime he even has them dismissed. Always willing to go above and beyond with afterhours call, email and text. I always call Brian first for all my legal matters!

I had a wonderful experience with Brian. He is very dedicated to his clients and he works hard to get the job done. My husband and I wanted to relocate to Virginia from New York but when a child is involved with a third party person, that is most often a very difficult thing to accomplish. However, after a few court dates, Brian was able to make that happen for us. He is prompt, professional and tedious. Three years have passed since Brian represented my case and I still can contact him when I feel that I may have a potential issue. He always gets back to me in a prompt and timely manner, and he always offers the most professional advice. I would use Brian again in a heartbeat. I have recommend Brian to several people and will continue to do so in the near future.
