Great... karen was awesome with my divorse

They are somewhat friendly but my lawyer Kevin who was recommended to me forgot paperwork several times and I constantly asked him and the office if they had everything they needed. He forgot paperwork at a trial and luckily I am very diligent with documents and had copies. Another time he didn't have the paperwork I asked about. I also felt like I didn't matter and that I was treated like a child when I'm a grown women with a masters degree. He can be condescending at times and also didn't believe me when I said the judge was bias and acting completely unfair to me, we got in front of her and she interrogated me right in front of him as he even said that and agreed. You can't send him an email because apparently he doesn't get them or his email has issues and when I called the office non-stop for a week about something they didn't return my call and finally I flipped out and they called me back. When I spoke to his assistant about my upcoming trial for a week I thought we were on the same page then all of a sudden I get a call from her saying I have a trial coming up and I didn't answer her email about it meanwhile I had been speaking to her for the past week over it and she obviously didn't know who I was and make the connection. I was definitely frustrated with them and really didn't get anything resolved. I had to pay child support and my ex spouse and I both have a child and it should be a wash as I can't work and am disabled. I had financial proof and a ton of doctor notes saying I am unable to work and that my last salary was nothing and I still ended up paying which is illegal since the child support is supposed to go by law and how much people make and I have no earned income. My honest experience is that I didn't feel like they were an true advocate for me on my side or that my lawyer really listened to me or made me feel like he would do his best for me and they are really really expensive. I heard that one of their partners David Besso is great and I'm regretting that I wasn't referred to him instead. That would be the only thing that would help redeem things if he was great and was a great advocate for me because I doubt I'd have Kevin represent me again; just too flighty and I didn't have confidence in him and I need someone strong and confident or you may as well just go up by yourself and get ripped up like I did anyway! They are timely and have no issues sending out their invoice bill with the large amount highlighted to receive payment, I wish they would have been that detail oriented when it came to my case!

I am a paralegal with over 20 years experience having worked for #1 entertainment law firm in country. William Sullivan, Kevin Werner and his law firm were one of the most unprofessional and negligent attorneys I have ever encountered. They mishandled my case from day one and cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars. Their work was so poor that I actually drafted my own affidavits, etc. for court. Finally got another attorney but should have fired them right away. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT HIRE - WORST LAW FIRM

Forgets paperwork. Makes you come back and lots of delays - yet if you call them to ask questions they charge you - seems one sided/redundant. In response to your reply. Yes my wife is your client and yes she is still my wife. And yes I keep having to come into your office to sign paperwork YOU forgot about. So yes your reply is 100% accurate yet you forgot to mention that my review is 100% accurate. My research reveals that you do in fact charge her if and when she calls to ask you a question. My research reveals that yes in fact you did forget paperwork in which I had to make return visits to sign paperwork you forgot about. And lastly my research reveals that I am still married. My research also reveals that at no point in your response to this review did you mention the fees when a client calls you nor have you responded to how many times you forgot paperwork. The only point you made is that I am not your direct client. Which is redundant because my wife is your client and I am leaving this review based on my personal experience in which I am directly experiencing with your firm. Had I not been dealing with you directly I would not have had to experience your lack of paperwork and I would not have had to experience my return visits to sign paperwork your firm keeps forgetting. Nor would I experience my wife telling me she can’t ask you what’s taking so long because you charge her every and any time she calls to inquire why it’s taking so long and why you keep forgetting more paperwork. “While the attorneys at Long Tuminello strive to address and correct all concerns our clients may have with respect to the services they have received from us.” At no point in my directly dealing with your firm have I experienced you “strive” I find that comment to be 100% inaccurate. Would you like to comment on how many of those people who left you perfect reviews are actual clients?
