Carol Venezia e who handled my SS Disability issues is like a pit bull. Once she gets a hold of your case, she's like that pit bull who locks onto your shin and doesn't let go. But she really is a sweet person who wants noting the the best for you as a client. I highly recommend this law firm.

Cannot get a phone call back. Attorneys not available, referred to paralegal Andrea , called her 4 times, left voicemails, spoke with actual secretary, over a few weeks no return call. After 5th call, she called back days later with an attitude, voiced concern over an issue, said she would call back the next day, never heard from her still. Has been going on since before Christmas . It is now January 23rd. Very frustrating, asked twice to speak with one of the lawyers I was assigned, they either don’t send message or don’t care. Extremely frustrating, not sure where to go from here. It as though you don’t exist after initial hearing or two, staff also needs to check their attitudes when you are asking for help.
