Excellent law office and excellent secretary

Firm has been representing me since 2017. They tend to rotate the paralegals and attorneys, so you’re really never assigned to just one attorney. Just keep that in mind prior to hiring this firm as your legal representatives. I wasn’t comfortable with this process in the beginning. But it’s not my organization and I can’t walk in someone’s business and tell them how to run it. That being said. You will always remember two types of people. People that are very unkind to you. And people that are genuinely warm hearted , caring, and kind. Ms. Shirley Glicksman is the latter. She has excellent and tasteful without being condescending, peaceful peoples skills. Her ability to defuse a potential crisis. Or a challenging situation that a client may be experiencing with a provider or adjuster, is/was extremely the most satisfying. Ms. Shirley calm but firm demeanor , in a short amount of time. Is quality work! Ms. Shirley knows and understands and applies, working smarter and not harder.
