I've written in the past and I'm writing again about my experience with this law firm. ...Once again, had a great experience with Carol Venezia, very thorough with her work and always kept me well informed...Would highly recommend Carol and this law firm with your legal needs .... .Great firm and very happy I had the experience of having Carol Venezia handle my case..Great person and always available to talk to.....Would most certainly recommend a friend / or stranger to this firm...

CAROL V WAS FILLED WITH UNBELIEVABLE KNOWLEDGE PERTAINING TO THE SOCIAL SECURITY ADMIN. SHE WAS OUTSTANDING IN EXPLAINING THE PROCESS AND IMMEDIATELY GOT BACK TO ME IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS.

I think the this law firm is great. However, communication is important. I think we need to work on that part.

My case extends from 2015 to present. It also encompasses 2 different injuries and dates. Some parts of my case were handled professionally and some not so much. The lawsuits this firm covers concerns the most scariest, painful and long term conditions imaginable. Mine went on for over 5 years because of the company I worked for. Powerful, rich and loaded with lawyers. Hindsight being 20/20 i do appreciate the end results, but since the resolution I've become an after thought. My aftercare was supposed to be guaranteed. I've been denied treatment by the company insurance carrier and my liaison has been less than highly motivated in assisting me. Norman, I miss you. I've received letters from the courts and from the insurance carrier and so have they, yet not calls or contact unless I initiate it. Even then my new assistant is either unprepared or just doesn't care. I'm thinking of soliciting other firms to assure proper follow-up and possibly sue these huge companies and/or insurance carriers of abuse of process. It's bad enough i had to wait 3 years to get my surgeries and deal with both financial and health disasters but now they are messing with my future health. Someone should be handling this and looking to make them accountable. Many of these lawyers know each other and it's like they don't want to hurt them by representing you with vigor.

David Donohue, ESQ and Christina Maloney , are the best tandem to work with. They were very professional returned calls , emails and texts. It was a hard fight I had and they had my back for the beginning. Definitely hire them to help you get what you’re owed. Because you are not going to get it by yourself!!! Thanks Mr. Wright
