The firm did a great job of keeping me updated on my case. Specifically, my attorney, Ron S and my claims representative, Kasandra Pinedo. They both made the process very easy and left very little leg work for me. If I had a question, one of them would always get back to me. Overall, very satisfied.

Edith Morales was the associate that was helping me with my Social Security disability case. She was always helpful, quick to respond to requests for information whether it was on the phone or an e-mail. Explained all aspects of the process. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family.

Used McIntyre, Donohue, Accardi, Salmonson & Riordan recently for my disability case. The Support Staff is absolutely second to none when it comes to navigating the tricky paths to a disability claim with paperwork, hearings, etc. They were Excellent !! Was lucky enough to meet Kate and her Marketing Team the other day at an event and they were the nicest and most thoughtful people at the entire event. Their smiles and overall positive attitude was indeed contagious as they greeted people and shared information about their law firm. I for one, can attest to the fact that everything that they were saying was 100% True !! Great Law Firm To Be Represented By !! Even the "unexpected" was handled well and a few phone calls later, even those small issues disappeared and became irrelevant to my case. Bad experience, after taking the case you will only hear from them if the need you. There is no way to reach the paralegal or the lawyer on the phone.
