He was patient with me as I was very anxious especially during my hearing. He has a very calming quality about him. He made the process very easy. John was very professional and explained my case when I would understand. You deal directly with him, he doesn’t put you off to a paralegal. He also provide when a detailed time line on the case. Never had issue with him not responding to a call or email. I would recommend him to everyone I know.
