We were first-time homebuyers in Nassau County, and Francesca's office (we worked with her husband George) was incredible. George was incredibly knowledgable and was able to walk us through everything very effectively. We were applying for a really unique renovation loan (Homestyle mortgage), and George was with us every step of the way. He was super responsive and did a great job getting things done in a timely manner and the correct way. We will be reaching out to him for more services in the future!

Wow! I had a very complicated buy sell involving divorce decree guidelines,old and lost papers dealing with"CROOKHAVEN" permits Francesca and her firm managed it all,kept me up to date and handled everything that came about..She was very professional and yet very personable and put me at ease she educated me well of all the legal documents needed,gave advice and tips on hiring homeowners ins.agent she did it all! Even while under extreme complications she knew what needed to be done and when and has always done for me what was in my best intrest on both ends of selling and closing..got things done on time and ALWAYS answered all phone calls ,text and emails right away..very important when you just need to know about something big or small.I was very happy for hiring her and knew from the get go she would get me through this ! George and Francesca are a Dynamic Duo! From our first phone call, they were very informative and were a pleasure work with. They have the ability to go over complex legal terms and break them down into comprehensive and easily understandable terms that non-lawyers would understand. They were also both very responsive in both e-mail and phones, which was much appreciated during this semi-stressful time. Also, they were not afraid to play hardball for us and stuck to their guns with matters they felt strongly about. George went over page by page, line by line for each item during closing to let us know what everything meant. All in all, we had complete trust and confidence in them and the great work they did. They are still helping me out 8 months after we closed on the house; I'm not sure many other firms would do this.
