When my mom passed away, the law office of Ann-Margaret Carrozza was available to help my dad navigate necessary changes for the estate. Later in the year my father was sick. Ann-Margaret Carrozza and her associates were available to my family as we navigated questions that came up regarding our estate and guidance in making changes to legal documents. As he was planning the estate, my father expressed the need for a lawyer who would be accessible to our family after death and would be willing to give advice as a courtesy. This law firm most certainly was available to us. Ann-Margaret Carrozza took the time to go over concerns and questions we had, even though she has a busy schedule. Over 20 years ago, my mother listened to an Elder Care workshop presented by Ann Margaret Carrozza at my mother’s senior center and thus began our long, multi-generational and very satisfying relationship with this dedicated elder care lawyer. Ms. Carrozza not only developed a trust for my mother’s estate, but recently completed a comprehensive estate plan for me. She is an expert in the field and extremely patient. I was provided with my documents in advance of our meetings, allowing me time to review and develop my questions. She devoted significant time in answering them, leaving me feeling safe and secure in my decisions. I have recommended Ms. Carrozza to family and friends, knowing that her advice is worthy and accurate and her professionalism is outstanding. She is a credit to her profession.

I was recommended to meet with Ann-Margaret because I was in need of an Elder care lawyer. I spoke with a few and all said being I am 54 that I was still to young to think about this. I did tell them that I recently lost my husband at 54 and he was also to young and never had the chance to take care of this. We sat down and she explained everything I needed to no about estate planning. So we started the process it is all taken care of. Ann is the best at what she does. She understands the law she knows how to apply it and she works diligently to protect the assets of her clients. As a former anchor at CNBC I interviewed many financial planners and attorneys and other experts in estate planning. Ann has to be among the best.
