My husband and I were involved in the sale of his late father's Queens Co-op. It was an estate sale, difficult enough, but even more difficult as we lacked a lot of documents. We were also dealing with a building attorney who demanded that every "t" was crossed and every "i" was dotted before she would approve the sale. There were a few times we thought the sale would fall through. Rosemarie walked us through the lengthy process step-by-step. In addition to her obvious legal skills, Rosemarie is a very pleasant person. She was very easy to deal with, and all of our calls and e-mails were returned by Rosemarie or her staff promptly, usually within a few hours. Our questions were answered with simple, easy-to understand responses. At the closing, Rosemarie explained what every paper was that had to be signed, and detailed each and every expense.
