Our house closing was not a simple one. We had old records to find, divorce issues to deal with, and more. Rosemarie and her staff were great! They kept us up to date and informed and were always available to answer questions and ease my nerves. The closing went off without a hitch. Rosemarie and her team were a pleasure to work with. Keeping in mind our tight timeframe for closing, Rosemarie, Margaret and Liz communicated with us in a timely manner, responded quickly to all of our questions and coordinated everything with the other parties in the transaction so that the transaction moved forward without any hitches. My experience with Rosemarie Ashbahian, Esq. was exceptionally pleasant.
I knew that I am in good hand when she explained every detail and what to be expected regards selling my house.
With her well knowledge and experience in real estate also makes me comfortable.
As per good attorney, it was little difficult to reach on the phone (Because she is too busy, not ignoring), but I was able to communicating through E-mail which it was good enough for me.
