Being first time home buyers we had no idea what to expect. I found Mark Kandkhorov on google and after reading his reviews I gave the office a call. From the start both Mark and Diyana were extremely responsive and helpful. Mark was very thorough every step of the way. He reviewed everything with us and took the time to answer all questions. I felt at ease and confident that we picked a great lawyer and his service exceeded our expectations. Buying a house can be an extremely stressful process but Mark made everything go smoothly. I recommend him to everyone!

I had never used a broker before and I always went my bank for loans. This was a good experience and even with Covid I managed to close. The whole team was professional, helpful and enthusiastic. They always answered all my million questions in a kind manner. Happy I refinanced and good my first home.

I just purchased a house and I can tell that it was kind of a painful process, for several reasons (COVID19, Seller's attorney was not responsive, etc.). Mark was very helpful and professional throughout the process. He helped us to understand the problems, he was calm and communicative, he was there when we had questions, and he was overall very professional. He gave me legal advice on other issues as well, and he was calm when I was going crazy. His services are highly recommended.

I recently concluded a house purchase in Bayside Queens. Due to the complexity of my finances, there was a lot of drama with the seller and his lawyer with regards to the pace of the transaction. Not only did Mark obviously understand the law, he and his team made sure I was not bullied into anything by the aggressive seller, and in fact stood our ground and ensured I was given the time I needed to conclude the purchase. The team was easy to communicate with, and I highly recommend their services for anyone dealing with a home purchase.

My husband and i recently purchased our very first home and needed a lawyer to complete the closing. Mark was everything we needed. Being newbies we had no idea what to expect, what to ask for, and the process. Mark explained everything to us step by step. He answered our calls promptly and responded to emails as soon as possible.
