I just purchased a house and I can tell that it was kind of a painful process, for several reasons (COVID19, Seller's attorney was not responsive, etc.). Mark was very helpful and professional throughout the process. He helped us to understand the problems, he was calm and communicative, he was there when we had questions, and he was overall very professional. He gave me legal advice on other issues as well, and he was calm when I was going crazy. His services are highly recommended.
