Very fast service and very helpful with the process

As it turns out selling a house in not as fun as one would think, especially when dealing with a difficult buyer. I think I was ready to quit at least a couple times. Mark and his team were able to navigate through all of the hurdles, protect my interests and deal with the buyers and the bank attorneys, bankers, architects, 3rd party vendors (solar power), city archives, DOB. They also head to deal with a difficult seller, Me. I am grateful to have had such a team representing me.

Mark represented me in the sale of one co-op and the purchase of another. I’m an attorney myself and have to say Mark is one of the great ones. In both transactions he walked me through every step. Even though I’m a lawyer there are a lot of details to understand and Mark knows what he’s doing. He and his staff, Diyana in particular, were always reachable, always responsive. One of the deals had a curveball threw in. Michael truly went above and beyond to get me to get me the deal I hoped for.
