I went to Google reviews to pick up the lawyer, I saw the 5 stars reviews so that I chose this lawyer as my house purchase lawyer. Through the whole process, I felt I was dealing with the seller's attorney instead of the buyer's attorney. Now I feel I have the obligation to write the review to let new comers know.

Mr. Pollak is a lousy lawyer. He claimed he was very familiar with international divorces, however failed to get the most important finalization of the divorce by getting the paper work certified by the US Embassy in that country. This final step would have confirm the divorce. A wait of time and money, final results was nothing. In addition to no satisfaction he wanted us to file again and pay more money for his mistake.
