Attorney David Rubel was refered to me by another lawyer who did not handle social security cases. I said "what the heck" and called him up. I'm a skeptical individual but when I met attorney Rubel at his office, my skepticism was immediately vanquished. He was prepared to meet me in the middle of the covid 19 crisis with masks ready and disinfectant available to get down to business on my case. We applied for social security benifits and my initial application was denied ( I think as SSA routine) within two months. Mr Rubel and I quickly responded with an appeal of the decision and within four months I was granted my social security benefits. Attorney David Rubel was always extremely positive and knowledgeable. I always felt comfortable dealing with him and plan on dealing with him on any future legal matters he can assist my family and I with.
