Going through a custody and child support case for the first time, (and last) walking into this firm was one of the most heartbreaking moments of my life. This was never a decision I seen myself making after my children were born. Upon first walking into the building the receptionist is one of the friendliest people on the planet. She greets you like she has known you her entire life. I met with Kristen who was not only welcoming, down to earth, knowledgeable and communicated every step of the process. I always had many questions and I’d always receive an answer in a timely manner. Kristens paralegal Erika would always respond if Kristen was not able to, which to me helped lessen many stressors. I would personally, highly recommend this firm if you’re ever going though the difficulties of child custody or support. Their professionalism yet compassion is something I will remember and respect. I don’t even have the words to explain how amazing Kristen and Erika are. Before I hired Vetrano, I had another attorney, and nothing was moving. I hired Vetrano and in that first week of having them as my attorney, I knew I was in the right place. My divorce went from moving at a snail's pace to suddenly we were on a jet plane. They just took over and things just started moving, rapidly. Kristen Farris did an Outstanding job representing me when I needed to make a detrimental change to my existing Child Custody Order in Family Court, which involved a lot time pressing and sensitive issues. Going through a divorce can be scary,messy and confusing. Choosing a lawyer to represent you is one of the most important decisions you will make. Dennis Ventrano law firm was absolutely amazing. From start to finish. They explained everything in a way I could understand cause let’s be honest the law can be confusing. Not sure where to begin. I trusted this firm at first and felt confident they were the right place to handle a fairly simple /strait forward matter. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, only to be completely taken. Even the JUDGE questioned why I was being charged SO much money for this matter. (Which is ON RECORD) I have repeatedly tried to discuss my billing for even (2 years after my case was settled) and no one has the decency to speak with me directly. I was charged nearly $72,000 for a ‘simple matter’ . Stay away. There are better people out there to help you. Sad, because I truly Liked their paralegal and thought I was in good hands.
