Mr. Krukas is the best, he is vey knowledgeable and he explains every small step that you are going to deal. He always responses your call or email on time, even if he doesn't pick up the phone, he calls you back in minutes.

Mr. Krukas is definitely top notch in my book. He made my life easier dealing with my lemon law issues. I’m sure I made him crazy a couple of times, but he was always a professional and thanks to him I got a good deal.

Where do I begin to tell you about Eugene Krukas. He is simply the best attorney I have ever dealt with. Even though I was referred to one of the giant law firms, I saw an ad for Eugene and just got a better gut feeling about him than the other attorneys and boy it was a great move. He and his legal assistant Rob are ALWAYS accessible (the times eugene wasnt in, he called me back in minutes from the road). They constantly update you on the case progress. They have no sense of the arrogance that is commonplace to other law firms and no question is "too dumb" for them. They are looking out for you, not themselves (I gave Eugene a number I wanted him to get, instead of taking it when they got to the number, he squeezed them for more.......and informed me of his moves all along). My only criticism of Eugene is that he is such an awesome attorney he needs to expand to other fields.......its going to be tough dealing with any other attorney in the future because of how you get spoiled by his treatment. In a nutshell: HE IS THE BEST

After calling several lemon law attorneys, I contacted this firm for my situation and they were very thorough and communicative from the start! They were the first and only firm willing to discuss my case in detail over the phone and even offered advice on how to proceed (about 1.5 hours of discussion) without asking for any money up front. I was given a level of attention and explanation that I felt was unusually positive for any law firm. Robert Bloom was especially great during my process. Though my situation got resolved by the manufacturer before any legal recourse was taken, I am fully confident in their abilities and will look to use them for the future if ever needed.

Eugene is efficient and persistent. He was a pleasure to work with and he got the outcome on my claim that I was desiring. Highly recommended.
