My husband and I were told to use Maureen by our mortgage company. We thought that meant she would be great. We had a terrible time trying to get answers from her. She would ignore us for days, even weeks at a time. It always seemed like she didn't have time for us. She took her time getting to issues that l, to us, were urgent. Using her made our experience very painful.

My husband and I hired Attorney Maureen Mangan for the sale of our home in early 2017. Every time we called her or emailed her she was always prompt at getting back to us, even evenings and weekends. Maureen is professional, diligent, and has the expertise to guide the sale process and closing. The Buyers and their attorney were a bit difficult and Maureen shielded us from their demands and managed the deal to hold it together and close the transaction.  We are totally satisfied with Maureen’s work and her staff. Maureen was fantastic. I was handed a mess when I won the bid on a gov't foreclosed home. Property boundary issues, adverse possession, tax issues, land rights, prior surveys portraying incorrect boundaries, misconduct at the property after the sale. Maureen guided me through the abstract, title insurance, and lending processes with ease. She was a pleasure to work with during a stressful first time home-buyer process.
