I was in a bad situation legally and then I made a great choice. I called jackson bergman from the moment I talked to them till it was all over they where top knotch professionals . They have to be one of the best if not the best lawyer's in binghamton. I am so glad I picked them to represent me. If I hadn't called them I might not be here to write this today

My husband and I could not be more satisfied with the legal representation we received from Ben Bergman!! We had a unique adoption case and he was knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond for our family!! We would highly recommend Ben Bergman and the entire staff at Jackson and Bergman. They are all easy to work with, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, not hard to get a hold of and actually do care about their clients!!

Immediately after the accident, I was able to get in touch with Alyssa and she immediately explained what I needed to know to keep myself protected. I was able to tell her what had happened and what I was being asked by the police. She clearly explained what options I had and allowed me to make good choices. The night was absolutely hectic, but she was patient and always there to respond. She has continued to provide knowledgeable and timely guidance that makes me trust that I made the right choice with her.
